I fly out to New Zealand the day after Thanksgiving!
but on the domestic end of things i’m going to have a party the weekend before, probably on Saturday but …
i’ve got other pre-departure events, and some plans for when i get back that i wanna get the ball rolling on …
for the first time ever i’m looking forward to “Black Friday.“ and i don’t even have to get up at the crack of dawn! then after a brief stop in DFW and losing Saturday … i arrive in Auckland Sunday morning. i haven’t booked a hotel yet but i’m gonna stay in Auckland for at least a week. i’ve got a bunch of stuff on my to do list other than the farm, and i might try and get over to Australia this time … right now the plan is to come back somewhere around the end of February …
but before i go i’m gonna do my damnedest to have a party stateside. the weekend before thanksgiving, so the 19th-20th. i need to rally some party planning peeps and nail down some details. like … when and where and stuff. i’ve also got some big ideas for when i get back and i might try and make up a little deck of slides to show some people … so i guess watch this space …
well i actually updated this two days in a row … and might actually start sending this link out to people and stuff. this is also the first page in the book i’m working on! (the cover is on the main page). i also have a twitter for this stuff i should use but … that’s gonna require some more internetting then i can deal with right now …
right now it’s a “save the date“ but soon it’ll be a full on invite … now to set up an address book both digital and snail …
